“Pocket Man’s” Story
In a country closed to Christianity (unnamed to protect him), one man’s life was changed when he saw a film about Jesus. Now he’s doing everything he can to share the truth with everyone he meets. This bold evangelist lives and works where sharing the gospel is illegal. But his passion for evangelism drives him to take the risk.
Each morning, this man fills “secret pockets” sewn into his jacket lining with New Testaments, DVDs and even copies of our books that are provided by friends like you. Then he goes to work.
God has given him a job working for a utility company that allows easy access into any home in the city. While making friendly conversation during his visits, he is often invited to sit down for tea after his work is done. During the visit, he will reach inside his jacket and present the gospel.
He knows he’s taking a grave risk by revealing his true beliefs to strangers in a city where proclaiming the gospel can get you killed. But God is protecting him and other ministry partners like him. And they need your help.
