Mrs. Clark’s 7th Grade Bible Class Discusses:

One Among Many

The Just-Another-Great-Book Myth

The Bible is the most holy, true, and miraculous book ever known to man.

Yet still, some people believe otherwise.

Even though the Bible is full of many true miracles, some people consider it a fable, just another fairy tale.

But the Bible is full of hundreds of prophecies that all came true. Every single one.

If there is a book like that, I would not just put it on a shelf with all the other books.

So, while reading this, I want you to think of your favorite book. Imagine putting that book on the shelf never to be seen again. For me, it would feel like I’ve lost a part of myself.

So, from reading this, I hope you always treasure and respect the Bible.

Campbell, age 12

Putting away the Bible, we are losing a huge part of our life, the truth.

Know what you believe…and why you believe it.

Don’t Check Your Brains at the Door gives teens answers that make sense, even for the toughest of questions:
  • Does it really matter what you believe, as long as you have faith?
  • Are there errors in the Bible?
  • Was Jesus just a good teacher?
  • Can anyone prove His resurrection?
  • What does that have to do with me?
Using clarity and humor Josh McDowell and co-author Bob Hostetler expose common myths about God, the Bible, religion, and life to show how Christianity stands up to the test of fact and reason.
With these solid evidences teens will be better understand the faith they live and know what they believe and why.
